Refund policy

At Marlene's Sass & Class Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for all approved returns. A $5.00 flat rate fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
