Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for all approved returns. A $5.00 flat rate fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
Defective or Damaged Items
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During sales or holiday seasons, processing may take an additional day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and destination. Estimated delivery time within the U.S. is typically 3-7 business days after processing.
Local Pickup (Sulphur Springs, TX): Free local pickup is available in store during business hours. You will receive a pickup notification once your order is ready.
Tracking & Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Delays: Carrier delays (weather, holidays, etc.) are outside our control. If a package is delayed, we recommend checking directly with the carrier using the tracking number provided.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is marked delivered, Marlene's Sass & Class Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. We recommend reaching out to the carrier with tracking info for resolution.
Address Changes: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot update addresses after the order has shipped.
